Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Healthy adults aged 18 to 30 years; 3. No current neck pain or upper limb symptoms; 4. No neurological signs or sensory abnormalities; 5. Normal cognition and communication ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent muscle injury or surgery; 2. History of severe neurological, endocrine, psychiatric, cardiopulmonary diseases, or drug/alcohol abuse; 3. Presence of visual, sensory, cognitive disorders and other related conditions; 4. Skin diseases at the tested sites; 5. Engaged in strenuous physical activity within one week prior to the test; 6. Individuals deemed ineligible for this trial by the researchers.
