Hip joint training group:8 weeks, 3 times a week, 60 minutes each time for hip joint muscle group strength training

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: more than 1 year of sports experience, including basketball, volleyball, football, badminton and other sports with a high risk of ACL injury. All subjects were healthy and had no history of injury or injury, and were required to have no musculoskeletal injury in the first six months of the experiment. There was no history of lower limb surgery. Before the experiment, the purpose of the experiment, the experimental method and the possible risks during the experiment were fully explained to the subjects, and the subjects signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if they had systemic diseases (e.g., cardiovascular, metabolic, neurologic, or immune disorders) that could affect exercise function or safety, had taken medications within 2 weeks before the trial that could affect exercise performance or bone metabolism, had been participating in other interventional clinical studies, or had any other condition that was deemed by the investigator to be inappropriate for participation in the trial.
