Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are Filipino or Indonesian and currently employed as FDHs in Hong Kong, as a large majority of the FDHs come from the Philippines and Indonesia 2. Participants whose job nature involves direct care for older people. 3. Participants who have a minimum of 6 months of experience in elder care. 4. Participants who can understand and communicate in English, Tagalog, and Bahasa Indonesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who have received formal training in elder abuse prevention or advanced caregiving within the past 12 months. 2. Participants who are currently involved in a reported elder abuse case (as victim or perpetrator). 3. Participants who are planning to leave Hong Kong or change employers within the study period (6 months).
