Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or older; 2.Received mechanical ventilation in the ICU. 3.Diagnosis meets the new global definition of ARDS. 4.The expected length of ICU stay is more than 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Enrolled in other clinical studies. 2.Patients who forgo treatment; 3.Pregnant women
