Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 1 year and 7 years old; 2. Weight within the 25th to 75th percentile range of the corresponding age group; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification of grade I or II; 4. Scheduled for elective laparoscopic unilateral or bilateral extraperitoneal hernia repair; 5. Elective surgery; 6. Legal guardian agrees to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recurrent Hernia; 2.History of Bronchial Asthma; 3.Anticipated Difficult Airway; 4.Allergy to Anesthetic Agents Used in This Study; 5.Coagulation Disorders; 6.Infection at the Puncture Site; 7.Neuromuscular Diseases or Inability to Cooperate with Assessments; 8.Untreated Severe Congenital Heart Disease; 9.Current or Recent (within 2 weeks) Upper Respiratory Tract Infection, or History of Wheezing in the Past 12 Months, Exercise-Induced Wheezing, Nocturnal Dry Cough, etc. 10.History of Abdominal Surgery; 11.Preoperative Use of Analgesics Within Less Than 5 Half-Lives
