Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 75, any gender. 2. Pathologically confirmed as benign or low-grade malignant pancreatic tumors (like NET, IPMN, SCN, MCN, SPN) or chronic pancreatitis. 3. Undergoing function-preserving pancreatic surgeries such as DPPHR, MP, SPDP, etc. 4. Complete perioperative clinical data and follow-up records for at least 3 months after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) confirmed by preoperative imaging or intraoperative exploration who required radical resection. 2.Patients with severe preoperative coagulation disorders or long-term use of anticoagulant therapy. 3.Patients with a history of major upper abdominal surgery resulting in intra-abdominal adhesions or destruction of the transverse mesocolon anatomy. 4.Patients who were lost to follow-up or refused to provide relevant data for non-technical reasons.
