Interventions

Control Group:No exercise intervention, no blueberry juice or placebo intake, maintaining regular lifestyle
Exercise-only Group: Low-intensity aerobic exercise 3 times a week,45 minutes each, no blueberry juice or placebo intake
Blueberry juice-only Group:Daily intake of 50ml blueberry juice, no exercise intervention, maintaining regular lifestyle
Placebo + exercise Group: Low-intensity aerobic exercise 3 times a week (45 minutes each session) + 50ml placebo drink (identical in appearance and taste to blueberry juice) intake on exercise days
Blueberry juice + exercise Group:Low-intensity aerobic exercise 3 times a week (45 minutes each session) + daily intake of 50ml blueberry juice on exercise days.
Placebo-only Group:Take 50ml of placebo drink identical in appearance and taste to blueberry juice three times a week, with no exercise intervention and maintaining a regular lifestyle.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-25 years, college students; 2. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score <= 7, indicating no significant sleep quality problems; 3. No regular exercise habits and no history of sleep aid use in the past 3 months; 4. No severe heart, liver, kidney diseases or exercise contraindications; 5. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney diseases or exercise contraindications; 2. Taken sedative-hypnotics or other sleep-affecting drugs in the past 3 months; 3. Have mental illness or cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with the study; 4. Participating in other sleep-related intervention studies; 5. History of blueberry allergy or intolerance.
