Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Donor-recipient pairs who underwent allogeneic renal transplantation at the Department of Renal Transplantation of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University between 2015 and 2025; 2. This study includes patients who developed delayed graft function (DGF) following renal transplantation at our center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Failure of the transplanted kidney within one year; 2.Second transplantation;
