Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.No restriction on gender; adults aged 18–80 years; duration of tinnitus > 6 months; 2.Good treatment adherence; 3.Tinnitus as one of the main symptoms; may be accompanied by vertigo, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or hyperlipidemia; 4.Voluntary participation with signed informed consent; 5.Presence of elevated hearing thresholds on pure-tone audiometry, with hearing loss no more than severe degree.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Tinnitus caused by lesions of the external ear, middle ear, inner ear, or craniocerebral system; 2.Objective tinnitus; 3.Tinnitus caused by organic lesions such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma or acoustic neuroma; 4.Patients with severe liver, renal, or cardiac diseases; 5.Patients with poor compliance, e.g., elderly patients with mobility impairment, patients with mental disorders, pregnant women, etc; 6.Patients with incomplete basic clinical data; 7.Patients with profound or greater hearing loss, or with normal hearing thresholds on pure-tone audiometry; 8.Patients currently receiving other forms of tinnitus treatment.
