Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with unexplained liver injury or severe hepatitis(Including general liver injury, fatty liver, immune-mediated liver injury, inherited metabolic liver diseases, drug-induced hepatitis, etc.); 2.Unknown cause liver injury: patients whose liver biochemical abnormalities have not been clinically diagnosed through medical history, serological, immunological tests, etc; 3.Diagnosis of severe hepatitis must comply with the Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Liver Failure (2024 edition); 4.The patient has complete general information, tests/examinations, and blood/body fluid/tissue specimens during hospitalization; 5.Age<80 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with liver injury with clear causes such as hepatitis B virus, autoimmune liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, and liver space occupying lesions; 2.Patients with metastatic liver cancer; 3.There are contraindications for liver puncture: obvious bleeding tendency or severe thrombocytopenia, coagulation dysfunction; Those who are unconscious or unable to cooperate; There is an infected lesion in the puncture path;
