Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age over 65 years; 2.Able to maintain independent standing and sitting for over 10 minutes; 3.Elderly individuals diagnosed with MCI based on established diagnostic criteria; 4. Subjects must sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe physical or mental illness; 2.Participants must not have red-green color deficiency; 3. History of organic brain disease, psychiatric disorders, or epilepsy; 4. Patients with severe cognitive or communication impairments preventing cooperation; 5. Participants must not be taking any medications that may affect cognitive function; 6. Concurrent conditions severely affecting lower limb sensation or motor function, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lumbar disc herniation, lower limb trauma, severe skin lesions, fractures, or peripheral neuropathy.
