Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Expert inclusion criteria: 1. Engaged in work related to respiratory medicine, sleep medicine, rehabilitation therapy, clinical nursing, psychology, or other relevant fields. 2. Possess an intermediate or above professional technical title. 3. Familiar with knowledge in the field of COPD or sleep disorders, and have at least 10 years of clinical work experience. 4. Highly motivated and willing to actively participate in this study throughout the entire process. Part 2: Application of a sleep disorder intervention program for stable COPD patients based on symptom management theory 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease" and be in a stable stage. 2. Age = 18 years. 3. Poor sleep quality with a PSQI score > 7. 4. Clear consciousness, normal cognitive function, and ability to communicate effectively. 5. Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, chronic pain disorders or sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome; 2. Patients with a history of mental illness or severe anxiety and depression; 3. Those who have been taking sedative and sleep-promoting drugs for a long time.
