Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hold a practicing physician or assistant practicing physician qualification certificate; 2. Currently employed and undertaking outpatient diagnosis and treatment work in this hospital; 3. Be informed and agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Plan to resign or take a long-term leave during the six-month study period; 2. Unable to skillfully use a smart phone for basic operations; 3. Doctors who refuse to participate in the training.
