Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 years and above, newly diagnosed and treatment-naive with pathologically confirmed primary lung cancer at tumor stage IIb-IV; 2.Sign a written informed consent form to voluntarily participate in the study and cooperate with follow-up completion; 3.Lung cancer patients who are receiving or planning to receive anti-tumor treatment in accordance with standard guidelines;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Inpatients receiving surgical treatment as part of the lung cancer treatment regimen; 2.Patients receiving anticoagulant therapy such as vitamin K antagonists, direct oral anticoagulants of the heparin class, and fondaparinux due to various reasons; 3.Patients diagnosed with VTE within 48 hours after admission; 4.Patients hospitalized due to thrombosis this time; 5.Persons with mental illnesses or those who cannot cooperate subjectively; 6.History of VTE, acute coronary syndrome or cerebral infarction within the previous 6 months; 7.Have participated in similar trials or are undergoing other clinical trials;
