Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-70 years1 2.Voluntarily participated and signed informed consent 3.No antibiotics or hormonal drugs used within the past 3 months 4.Able to cooperate with periodontal examination and sample collection 5.Complete blood glucose and metabolic indicators within the past 6 months, or willing to undergo fasting venous blood collection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Type 1 diabetes or gestational diabetes 2.Received systematic periodontal treatment within the past 3 months 3.Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency 4.Malignant tumor 5.Pregnant or lactating women 6.Psychiatric disorder or cognitive impairment unable to cooperate 7.Fewer than 10 remaining teeth
