Pirensong Cream Group:Triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% + Econazole nitrate 1% cream
Clear deep ear canal crusts, local irrigation in external auditory canal, once every 7 days, 2ml each time
Quimixin Cream Group:Triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% + Miconazole 1% + Neomycin 0.2% cream
Same as control group (clear deep ear canal crusts, local irrigation in external auditory canal, once every 7 days, 2ml each time)
Pirensong Cream Group (No Cleaning):Triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% + Econazole nitrate 1% cream
No clearing of deep ear canal crusts, local irrigation in external auditory canal, once every 7 days, 2ml each time
Terbinafine Hydrochloride Group:Terbinafine hydrochloride cream or spray

17 Years to 81 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Symptomatic patients with characteristic fungal membrane-like substances, hyphae or spores in the ear canal and positive fungal culture results; 2. No local or systemic antifungal treatment was received within 4 weeks before enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to the study drugs; 2. Comorbidity with uncontrolled underlying diseases; 3. Concurrent tympanic cavity infection; 4. Poor patient compliance; 5. Pregnant or lactating females.
