Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) diagnosis of androgenetic alopecia according to the Chinese Clinical Dermatology (2nd edition) criteria; (2) no treatment for AGA (including pharmacologic or physical therapy) within the past month; and (3) age between 18 and 60 years with willingness to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnancy, lactation, or planned pregnancy; presence of systemic diseases (e.g., diabetes, autoimmune disorders), psychiatric conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety), or active scalp infections (e.g., fungal infection); (2) current use of antiplatelet agents (e.g., aspirin, clopidogrel) or anticoagulant therapy (e.g., warfarin, low-molecular-weight heparin); and (3) AGA with onset or progression clearly influenced by psychiatric factors.
