Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosis of sepsis prior to or at the time of cardiac arrest (per the Sepsis-3 criteria); 3. In-hospital cardiac arrest occurred, with administration of chest compressions, defibrillation, or both; 4. Return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) sustained for = 20 minutes, or complete resuscitation documentation available; 5. Complete documentation of arrest characteristics, post-resuscitation care, and hospital discharge records;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA); 2. Cardiac arrest caused by trauma, post-cardiac surgery conditions, or clearly non-infectious etiologies; 3. Pre-existing do-not-resuscitate (DNR) order; 4. Missing key resuscitation time variables; 5. Multiple cardiac arrests occurring during the same hospital admission (only the first episode will be analyzed);
