Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female individuals aged 18 to 80; 2. Preoperative pathological diagnosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma; 3. The proposed surgical procedure is "extended resection of oral squamous cell carcinoma + cervical lymph node dissection"; 4. Single primary lesion; 5. The clinical stage is cT2-cT4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have underlying diseases or other personal factors that make them intolerant to general anesthesia surgery; 2. Those who had received radiotherapy or chemotherapy before the operation; 3. Those who have a history of tumor surgery or who have experienced tumor recurrence; 4. Those with distant metastasis from the primary tumor; 5. Individuals with allergic constitution or those who report being allergic to iodine agents or ICG, or those who have a positive reaction to the ICG allergy test; 6. Those with abnormal liver function; 7. Pregnant women or women who are breastfeeding; 8. Individuals with mental disorders or intellectual disabilities;
