Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for depression as stipulated in DSM-V/ICD-10; 2. At the time of enrollment, the patient's HAMD score was >=17; 3. Age range: 18-60 years old, gender not restricted. 4. Try to use a single antidepressant drug; 5. The patients voluntarily participate, or the patients' family members or legal guardians fully understand the content of this study and sign the informed consent form; 6. They can fully understand the items and task requirements of the questionnaire to cooperate with the examination and assessment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental symptoms caused by brain trauma; 2. Antidepressant treatment includes drugs with anti-NE reuptake inhibitory effects; 3. There was a history of drug abuse within the past 6 months; 4. Suffering from severe physical diseases or in the acute stage of infection; 5. Taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as aspirin or hormone drugs within two weeks before enrollment; 6. Participated in other clinical treatment trials within 4 weeks before the start of this study; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
