Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first or recurrent stroke meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke established by the Fourth Brain Vascular Disease Academic Conference of the Chinese Medical Association, confirmed by cranial CT or MRI imaging scans; 2. Duration: 14 days to 3 months; 3. Stable condition; 4. Age: 18 - 75 years old; 5. Lower limb motor dysfunction; 6. Clear consciousness, good cardiac and pulmonary functions, stable vital signs, and able to cooperate well with training; 7. Commitment to abide by the research procedures, cooperate with the implementation of the entire research process, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With consciousness disorders or cognitive dysfunction [Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score = III; 3. Suffering from severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 200 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg), poorly controlled diabetes, or having major diseases such as liver, kidney, heart and other vital organ dysfunction; 4. Severe pain in the ankle joint; 5. Severe limitation of passive joint range of motion in the ankle joint; 6. Refractory or multiple epilepsy patients; 7. Having a previous history of serious lower limb joint diseases; 8. Implanted with a cardiac pacemaker or having other metal medical devices implanted in the body; 9. Incomparable fractures, severe osteoporosis patients; 10. Severe pre-stroke disability (modified Rankin Scale, mRS = 5); 11. Patients with severe visual, hearing or comprehension impairments; 12. Currently participating in another clinical trial.
