18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older, regardless of gender; 2. Patients with stage IIA-IIIB non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by imaging or histological biopsy; 3. Patients who meet the surgical indications and agree to undergo surgery; 4. Able to cooperate with regular provision of 20mL peripheral blood samples; 5. Subjects voluntarily participate in this study, sign the informed consent form, have good compliance, and actively cooperate with returning to the hospital for clinical routine diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with other malignant tumors within 5 years; 3. Having received any blood transfusion treatment within 30 days before enrollment; 4. Patients who cannot understand or provide written informed consent.
