18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing primary allogeneic renal transplantation in our hospital; 2. Aged 18–65 years old; 3. Patients diagnosed with post-renal transplant anemia (diagnostic criteria: Hb <13 g/dL in males and Hb <12 g/dL in females after renal transplantation).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients complicated with hematological diseases such as thalassemia and aplastic anemia; 2. Patients with uncorrected nutritional anemia; 3. Renal transplant recipients with ABO-incompatible transplantation; 4. Recipients complicated with delayed graft function (DGF) after surgery; 5. Patients with a history of malignancy or autoimmune diseases; 6. Patients unable to complete regular follow-up in our hospital or with incomplete laboratory data; 7. Patients undergoing re-transplantation of the kidney; 8. Patients complicated with gastrointestinal bleeding.
