Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients pathologically diagnosed with malignant tumors after surgery; 2.No history of diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance or impaired fasting glucose before chemotherapy (fasting blood glucose <=6.1mmol/L, glycated hemoglobin <=6.5%); 3.No glucocorticoid administration within 3 months prior to the first chemotherapy; 4.Diagnosed with chemotherapy-induced secondary diabetes in line with the diagnostic criteria recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO); 5.Complete medical records; 6.Patients signed informed consent and participated voluntarily; 7.Normal communication and comprehension ability; 8.Capable of using smartphones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cognitive or mental disorders; 2.Patients unable to take care of themselves; 3.Those who refuse to participate in the study;
