18 Years to 64 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-64 years; 2. According to Nordland classification, there is type I or II gingival papillary retraction between adjacent natural teeth (Figure 1); 3. Plaque index of the injected tooth is less than 20%, no Bleeding on Probing (BOP), Probing depth (PD) <= 4 mm; 4. Good oral hygiene habits and medical compliance; 5. Able to obtain informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Smokers; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Those who have taken drugs with the side effect of gingival hyperplasia (such as phenytoin sodium, cyclosporine, nifedipine, etc.); 4. Loose teeth; 5. The width of the attached gingiva is less than 1 mm; 6. People with oral mucosal diseases; 7. Patients undergoing orthodontic treatment; 8. Abnormal coagulation function and blood routine indicators; 9. Those who have undergone periodontal surgery at the treatment site in the past 12 months; 10. Those with infectious diseases such as hepatitis B and AIDS, as well as those deemed unsuitable for this clinical trial by the researchers for other reasons.
