Interventions

Dex group (dexmedetomidine combined with propofol group):Propofol 4-6 mg/kg/h + dexmedetomidine 0.5 µg/kg/h (initial dose 1 µg/kg, infusion over more than 10 minutes), stop medication 30 minutes befor
Remi group (remifentanil combined with propofol group):Propofol 4-6 mg/kg/h + remifentanil 0.2 µg/kg/min, stop medication 5 minutes before the end of surgery

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 18 - 75 years old; 2.ASA classification levels I-III; 3.Planning to undergo breast cancer surgery; 4.Sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver and kidneys (eGFR < 30 ml/min); 2. Bradycardia (less than 50 beats per minute) or atrioventricular conduction block; 3. Long-term use of sedative, analgesic and antidepressant drugs; 4. Obese (with a BMI of 35 kg/m^2 or above); 5. History of drug or alcohol abuse; 6. Mental illness or communication disorder; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
