Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years, with no gender restriction; 2. Patients diagnosed and treated at the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University; 3. Confirmed diagnosis of advanced gastric cancer; 4. Complete clinical data available, including tumor markers, liver function tests, complete blood count, etc; 5. Comprehensive pathological and clinical outcomes documented, including tumor location, degree of tumor differentiation, HER2 expression status, microsatellite status, progression-free survival (PFS), objective response rate (ORR), etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other diagnosed malignant tumors; 2. Patients with incomplete clinical data.
