Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis confirmed by imaging and/or pathology as periampullary tumor; 2.Administration of standard PD procedure (including classic Whipple procedure or pylorus-preserving PD); 3.Complete or partially complete records of analgesic medication use during days 1–7 postoperatively.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complete absence of analgesic records within 7 days postoperatively; 2. Missing critical demographic or pathological data that cannot be supplemented.
