Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sex: no restriction; 2. Age: 18-70 years; 3. BMI: 18-28 kg/m^2; 4. ASA: I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergy to the study drug (e.g., ropivacaine); 2. Patients with infection, ulceration, or skin disease within 5 cm of the puncture site; 3. Patients with coagulation disorders or currently receiving anticoagulant therapy; 4. Patients on long-term analgesic therapy; 5. Patients with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; 6. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease; 7. Patients with a clear history of neurological disease; 8. Patients with psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment.
