Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Players participating in the same training session are from the same team; 2.No injury or illness reported one month before the study and during the study; 3.No physical or cognitive disease reported; 4.No drugs reported; 5.No alcohol reported one month before the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.No regular presence of participants in training sessions; 2.Participants fell ill or injured during the study period.
