Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All subjects underwent epidemiological investigation, physical examination, and auxiliary examinations including abdominal ultrasonography (liver, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas and bilateral kidneys), thyroid ultrasonography, cardiac ultrasonography, electrocardiogram and chest CT. Laboratory screening tests were also performed, including liver function, renal function, blood lipids, routine blood test, routine urine test, urinary microprotein, urinary creatinine, glycated hemoglobin and infectious disease-related items. Subjects who met the above requirements were enrolled as healthy individuals and chronic disease patients for subsequent research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with incomplete or inaccurate clinical and follow-up data; 2.Serum specimens with hemolysis, jaundice, chyle and other abnormal characteristics were excluded. Only qualified specimens were used for experiments.
