Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-60 years. 2.Voluntary participation with written informed consent. 3.Able to complete questionnaires, anthropometric and DEXA measurements, and a single fasting venous blood draw. 4.Classifiable as underweight, normal weight, overweight or obese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Athlete grade or professional sports training background. 2.Severe cardiovascular/cerebrovascular, metabolic (including diabetes), hepatic/renal, endocrine, infectious, autoimmune or digestive diseases. 3.Regular use of hormones, glucose-lowering, lipid-lowering or antibiotic drugs within the past 3 months. 4.Acute infection, fever, trauma or surgery within the past 2 weeks. 5.Vigorous exercise within 48 hours, or heavy alcohol intake within 24 hours, before sampling. 6.Long-term smoking or long-term excessive alcohol consumption. 7.Pregnant or lactating women. 8.Blood donation within the past month, or concurrent participation in other interventional human studies.
