Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 0-18 years; 2. Presented between January 2021 and January 2026; 3. Had an ovarian mass detected by pelvic ultrasound; 4. Confirmed by postoperative pathology or imaging follow-up for at least 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete imaging data; 2.Prior history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 3.Simple cysts <3 cm in prepubertal girls; 4.Lack of definitive outcome measures;
