Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Lung cancer patients aged = 18 years. 2.Scheduled for elective thoracoscopic resection surgery. 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification I–II. 4.Complete perioperative records available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of preoperative sleep disorders or chronic use of oral medications (e.g., sedative-hypnotics, antidepressants, or other psychotropic agents). 2.Severe dysfunction of vital organs.
