20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Women aged 20-45; 2.Received IVF-ET treatment at our hospital's Reproductive Medicine Center and achieved clinical pregnancy; 3.Underwent regular prenatal check-ups at our hospital, with liver function tests recorded at least during early pregnancy and at least once during mid-to-late pregnancy; 4.Clear hepatitis B serological marker tests recorded during early pregnancy (<12 weeks).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other hepatotropic virus infections, autoimmune liver diseases, or HIV infection; 2.Diagnosed with cirrhosis or liver cancer before pregnancy; 3.No records of liver function tests during pregnancy in the clinical data.
