Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Having obtained a nurse practice certificate for <= 2 years; 2.Admitted to ICU <= 3 months; 3.Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous ICU work experience >= 6 months; 2.Absence from work for >=4 weeks during the study period due to pregnancy, sick leave, etc. 3.Participate in other training programs at the same time;
