Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 80 years; 2. Pathological diagnosis of ICC; 3. Performance status of 0 or 1 at diagnosis; 4. Child-Pugh class A or B; 5. Availability of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CE-CT) within two months prior to NAT; 6. At least one measurable target lesion according to Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) as well as modified Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (mRECIST); 7. Curative resection, defined as complete removal of all lesions with margin-negative (R0) or microscopically positive (R1) resection margins; 8. high-risk resectable ICC;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Initial unresectability or palliative surgery; 2. American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) 8th edition TNM stage IA; 3. Macroscopically positive (R2) resection; 4. Resection for recurrent disease; 5. Other concurrent malignancies; 6. Missing clinicopathological data; 7. Loss to follow-up;
