Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Community Inclusion Criteria: 1. The street community is willing to cooperate with the research. 2. The street community has enough elderly people to meet the sample size requirements. 3. The street community has the basic conditions to implement interventions (such as having a place for offline health education, a volunteer team to assist with participant recruitment, follow-up, and interventions, etc.). 4. The intervention and control group community sites under the same street cannot be reached on foot (straight-line distance >2 km) to avoid contamination. 5. There are no regular group activities for elderly people between community sites. Elderly Participants: 1. Aged 60-79 years. 2. Permanent residents in the community site under the study. 3. Did not receive any flu vaccine in the past year (i.e., the most recent flu season). 4. Able to use a smartphone and WeChat (for receiving online intervention information). 5. Willing to participate and sign the informed consent form. 6. Only one elderly person per household is included. 7. Plan to live in the community site for the next 9 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Medical records or self-reported contraindications to vaccination (e.g., with a history of severe allergic reactions, immune deficiencies, etc.); 2.Medical records or self-reported presence of acute or severe physical or mental illness, inability to participate in intervention activities or understand questionnaire content; 3.Medical records or self-reported serious visual/hearing/language impairments or communication barriers that affect normal participation in the study; 4.Currently participating in other similar research on vaccine promotion;
