18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age and Consent: Aged 18 to 80 years, capable of providing written informed consent voluntarily. 2. Diagnosis: Confirmed diagnosis of PH by RHC (mPAP >20 mmHg and PVR >2 Wood units at rest). 3. Classification: Completed comprehensive PH classification evaluation (including echocardiography, pulmonary function tests, V/Q scan or CTPA).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Health Status: Diagnosis of advanced malignant tumors or end-stage conditions leading to an estimated life expectancy of less than 1 year. 2. Vulnerable Populations: Pregnant or lactating women. 3. Compliance/Cognitive Impairment: Poor adherence or inability to comply with follow-up; Presence of mental, intellectual, or language disorders hindering cooperation. 4. Investigator's Discretion: Any other condition deemed unsuitable by the investigator.
