Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >18 years; 2. ASA I-III level; 3. Women scheduled for elective laparoscopic hysterectomy; 4. Obtain written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Individuals with mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic or sedative drugs; 3. History of chronic pain; 4. Serious cardiovascular or respiratory diseases; 5. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (creatinine > 176umol/L, AST or ALT > 3 times the upper limit of the normal reference value); 6. History of opioid allergy; 7. Local anesthesia techniques such as nerve block are used for analgesia during or after surgery.
