Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Pathologically confirmed primary gastrointestinal tumor with liver metastasis; 3. Able to provide residual tissue samples from surgery or biopsy, as well as blood samples; 4. Capable of understanding the study information and able to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, lungs, or kidneys; 2. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3. Patients who have previously received targeted immunotherapy or experimental interventions for liver metastases; 4. Individuals unable to comply with follow-up or those with mental disorders affecting informed consent.
