Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Control group: histological pathology diagnosed as non-cancer, and the negative diagnostic ability of the model was verified. 2.Experimental group: cases diagnosed as primary small cell lung cancer (SCLC) by histopathology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cases without clear histological evidence; 2.Non-primary malignant tumor cases; 3.Other subtypes of pulmonary malignancy; 4.Small cell lung cancer was diagnosed but the section lesion area was too small (the largest lesion site had less than 4 cancer cells aggregated);
