Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis conforms to the diagnostic criteria for rotator cuff injury as stipulated in the "Clinical Practice Guidelines for the Management of Rotator Cuff Injuries" released by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons in 2019; 2.The patient underwent primary arthroscopic rotator cuff repair due to rotator cuff tear; 3.the patient is at least 18 years old; at least 7 days after the surgery; 4.The patient voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Have cognitive impairments or mental disorders, making it impossible to communicate normally; 2.Have severe functional impairments in organs such as the heart, brain, kidneys, and lungs, or other diseases that may affect rehabilitation exercises; 3.The skin integrity of the affected limb is damaged;Complicated with unstable conditions such as shoulder dislocation or fractures.
