Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM); 2. Aged 18 years or older; 3. Indicated for SGLT-2 inhibitor (dapagliflozin) treatment according to clinical guidelines; 4. Willing to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes mellitus; 2. History of diabetic ketoacidosis; 3. Severe renal impairment (eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m^2); 4. Severe hepatic impairment; 5. Known hypersensitivity to SGLT-2 inhibitors; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Participation in another interventional trial within 3 months.
