Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 65 years; 2.Scheduled for primary hemiarthroplasty or primary total hip arthroplasty; 3.ASA grade II–III; 4.Expected anesthesia duration >= 60 minutes; 5.Informed consent signed by the patient or their legal representative;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Revision hip arthroplasty, simultaneous bilateral hip arthroplasty, tumor-related hip replacement, or infection-related hip replacement; 2.Preoperative abnormal body temperature, defined as >=38.0? or <35.5?; 3.Severe thyroid dysfunction, severe infection, or sepsis; 4.Expected postoperative transfer to ICU or conditions where the patient will not be admitted to the PACU; 5.Existing clear psychiatric or neurological disorders that prevent follow-up; 6.Requirement for therapeutic hypothermia during the perioperative period; 7.Nasal conditions unsuitable for nasopharyngeal temperature probe placement;
