Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The position of the implanted artificial valve shows no obvious abnormalities; 2. Patients who have undergone TAVI due to severe AS and have undergone postoperative CT; 3. The expected lifespan after TAVR is greater than one year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent implantation of two or more thoracoabdominal valves (THV) during the first TAVR procedure; 2. No enhanced MSCT examination of the aortic root was performed before or after the TAVR procedure; 3. The quality of the enhanced MSCT images of the aortic root is poor, such as presence of obvious artifacts, low contrast of the contrast agent, or excessive image noise, which affects data analysis; 4. Unable to download the DICOM format data of multi-slice computed tomography (MSCT) for offline analysis.
