Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the CTN diagnostic criteria of the 3rd edition of the International Headache Classification (ICHD-3), with unilateral onset; 2.The preoperative MRI images are complete and include T1WI, T2WI, 3D-FIESTA, 3D-TOF-MRA. CE-3D-TOF-MRA sequenceimage quality meets standards; 3.Complete clinical data, post-operative follow-up of at least 12 monthsefficacy can be assessed according to the BNI grading system. 4.No history of invasive treatments such as MVD, balloon compression, or radiofrequency thermal ablation; 5.Age between 18 and 75 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary trigeminal neuralgia (due to tumors, cysts, multiple sclerosis, trauma, etc.); 2.Tension headaches, atypical facial pain, and other conditions causing facial pain; 3.The MRI image is heavily distorted, making it impossible to complete the measurements; 4.Severe failure of vital organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys;
