Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 and 85 years old; ICU stay duration >= 24 hours; 2.Underwent cardiovascular surgery in our hospital and were transferred; to CVICU postoperatively; 3.Received postoperative orotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation; 4.The patient or their legal representative has been fully informed and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.OMPI occurred upon admission to ICU; 2.Presence of underlying oral diseases interfering with evaluation; 3.Patients with preoperative tracheal intubation; 4.Participants enrolled in other clinical trials that may interfere with the study results or those with incomplete clinical data. 5.The patient or their family members requests to withdraw from the study; 6.During the study observation period, unplanned extubation followed by reintubation occurred due to changes in the patient's condition. Only data from the initial intubation will be analyzed; 7.Any circumstances where the investigator deems the participant unfit to continue in this study.
