Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient was diagnosed with urticaria for a course of >= 6 weeks; 2.The patient had previously used a double dose of second-generation H1-antihistamines for more than 1 week; 3.The patient's UAS7 score was >= 16 points before using tofacitinib (Urticaria Activity Score 7-day scale, 0-42 points); 4.The patient had been treated with tofacitinib for at least 2 weeks and the treatment response was clear (controlled: UAS7 6 points);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient was diagnosed with urticaria for less than 6 weeks; 2.The patient had not been treated with second-generation H1-antihistamines before or the condition was controllable during the treatment with second-generation H1-antihistamines; 3.The patient did not follow the doctor's advice to take tofacitinib or it was impossible to determine the treatment response;
