Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with multiple rib fractures who underwent surgical stabilization of rib fractures (SSRF) at our hospital; 2.Complete inpatient records, imaging data, and perioperative data available; 3.Availability of key outcome variables for analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with missing key clinical, operative, or imaging data; 2.Patients without sufficient data for analysis of the primary outcomes; 3.Other cases considered unsuitable for analysis by the investigators.
